Independent Film Festival: Camera Mundo Each summer, we organize an Independent Film Festival in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. At the Festival, named Camera Mundo, we show productions of young, Latin American, independent filmmakers. We show a wide variety of productions, including long features, short features, animations, documentaries and fiction.
R.U.A. – Festival Reflexo on Urban Art
In addition to the celebration of “Brazil Rotterdam” in the summer of 2009, in which the main museums of the city exhibited Brazilian Contemporary Art, Caramundo stated that Brazilian contemporary art at its best, is taking place in the streets of big cities such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and Brasilia. An exhibition of contemporary art isn’t complete if not represented in the streets. That is exactly what happened; R.U.A. - Reflexo on Urban Art emerged.

We frequently organize other activities in the Netherlands, such as exhibitions of the works of Latin American graffiti writers, concerts with Latin American musicians, fundraisers, etc. Click here for an overview of our scheduled events.
These activities provide young Latin American artists with international exposure and expand their career opportunities. In addition, they serve to increase awareness in Europe of the circumstances under which these young people live, and to create political clout towards creating better circumstances for the inhabitants of Latin America. We invest the proceeds of these activities in our Latin-American projects.
